How Florida feels about cremation

Rules worth knowing in Florida before you scatter
If you live under a homeowners' association, a co-op board or a tenancy agreement in Florida, its rules can matter more than any public law. Many restrict new trees, digging near shared pipes or heavy pots on balconies. Will I have to travel to Tampa to arrange things?
